EPC Oil and Gas - Project Controls

The BTC Pipeline Company's initiative at the Ceyhan Marine Terminal in Adana, known as the BTC MARPOL Facilities and Jetty Foam Line Replacement Project, stands as a paragon of environmental responsibility and technical precision. The project, a direct response to the MARPOL Convention's incorporation into Turkish legislation, called for the creation of facilities capable of processing various waste types from oil tankers, including oily slops, bilge water, and sewage.

Robust Expert Services Ltd provided comprehensive project controls and contract management services to navigate the intricate requirements of this initiative. Our team's deep understanding of the project's scope and the stringent environmental standards it needed to meet was critical in our effective management of the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) processes.

Through diligent planning and scheduling using advanced tools like Primavera P6, we developed a robust framework that kept the project on track and within budget. Our proactive approach to project controls was further exemplified in our ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges, securing an extension of time (EOT) when necessary, without compromising the project's budgetary constraints or the high standards of quality expected.

In collaboration with the project's stakeholders, we ensured that all contractual obligations were met, all while maintaining the flexibility required to adapt to changing conditions. The success of the project was marked by on-time delivery and the project's adherence to the budget, reflecting our dedication to delivering excellence in complex project environments.

This project not only fortified the region's infrastructure but also enhanced our reputation for executing environmentally significant projects with exemplary skill and attention to detail. It affirms our commitment to sustainable development and our proficiency in delivering projects that meet both our clients' and nature's needs.
