These projects exemplified our expertise in mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) services under challenging contract frameworks.

Nuffield St Barts Hospital Project:
For the Nuffield St Barts Hospital Project, our team was responsible for the design and construction of MEP services under the JCT Design and Build Sub-contract 2013. Our role involved intricate delay analysis using the 'As Planned vs As Built Daily Delay Methodology,' ensuring the project adhered to strict timelines and quality benchmarks.

Douglas Bennet House Project:
Similarly, the Douglas Bennet House Project demanded meticulous planning and execution of MEP services, encompassing design, construction, and handover phases. Our team navigated the complex project landscape, ensuring that all MEP systems met the stringent requirements for clinical inpatient services facilities. We prepared the acceptance programme and isolated impact programmes, demonstrating our adeptness in managing projects governed by the NEC 3 contract form.

The projects required collaboration with other subcontractors to meet ambitious sustainability goals, including achieving 'BREEAM (2014) – Excellent' standards. Our involvement was critical in ensuring that all MEP systems not only supported the operational needs of the healthcare facilities but also contributed to the environmental targets set forth for the projects.
